Julie Palisse

FOUNDER AND GENERAL MANAGER

After several years in the hospitality industry and a successful stint as manager of the Duquesne Eiffel Hotel, Julie decided to set up JPS Hôtel Solutions in 2010. Her aim? To help independent hoteliers remain competitive in a constantly evolving sector.

On the ground, her dynamism is infectious: she motivates teams, shares her energy and is fully committed to achieving the objectives of every establishment she supports.

Floriane Rossi

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT

Floriane joined JPS Hôtel Solutions in 2018 for her final year of a work-study Master’s degree — and she’s never looked back! Driven by the same desire as Julie to help independent hoteliers bring out the very best in their establishments, she quickly established herself as a key member of the team.

Today, she focuses primarily on sales support, distribution management, setting up technical IT systems and training, whilst maintaining a genuine connection to the front line. She enjoys getting back into day-to-day operations, working closely with the teams, to maintain that practical link with the reality of the hospitality industry.

Emmanuelle Batte

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT

A graduate of the MBA program at Vatel Bordeaux, Emmanuelle has honed her expertise in numerous 4* and 5* establishments, both in France and abroad. Before joining JPS Hôtel Solutions, she held the position of Front Desk Shift Leader at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace *****.

She joined the team in 2023, keen to further develop her skills in hotel management and to put her experience in the luxury sector to work for our clients. Having initially provided operational support on the ground, she now focuses on commercial, technical and business development matters.

Juliette Gimonet

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT

Juliette joined JPS Hotel Solutions in September 2023 as part of her MBA at Vatel Paris. She started out on a work-study programme and is now continuing her journey with us.

Curious, thorough and always cheerful, she supports hoteliers in both operational and commercial matters: implementing processes, monitoring projects, sourcing suppliers…

But what she loves above all is working with people: listening, supporting teams and finding practical solutions. At JPS, her positive energy has become an integral part of the team.

Romain Robert

F&B CONSULTANT

With over 10 years’ experience in the catering industry, Romain offers his expertise to hoteliers and restaurant owners, helping them to optimise their operations and improve their performance.

A specialist in organisation, team management and continuous improvement, he helps professionals to structure their processes, resolve complex problems and develop their businesses effectively.

Recognised for his leadership, interpersonal skills and critical eye, Romain is fully committed to working alongside teams to develop both people and results.
